FULL Terms and Conditions

Please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly before enrolling. When enrolling as a client of Street Pilates (88 Talinga Road, Cheltenham 3192) you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out on the Street Pilates website streetpilates.com.au.

STREET Terms and Conditions Overview

  1. The Intro Offer (valid for 21 days) is only available to brand-new clients. This can only be purchased once. The Street Rookie offer is non-refundable and non-transferable and will activate from the date of your first session booking. Clients found to be buying this offer more than once will be suspended and charged any additional session costs they may have incurred.

  2. A minimum of two people is required for a session to proceed. The studio holds the right to cancel any session with prior notice. You will be contacted via SMS prior to the start of the session should it need to be cancelled and your session pass returned.

  3. Cancellations made within 9 hours prior to the session start time will forfeit that session and incur a $15.00 fee. No-shows and absences will forfeit that session and incur a $20.00 fee.

  4. Payment must be made prior to booking. To book into a session, you must either have pre-purchased sessions in your account or pay at the time of booking.

  5. Arriving at the start time of the session or later is considered late. If you’re late, you forfeit the session and are considered a No Show. Empty reformers at the start of the session may be given to our waitlisted or walk-in clients.

  6. Owners and/or trainers reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular session type for safety reasons; and owners and/or trainers reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.

  7. If a session you want to attend is full, you can sign up for the waitlist. Should a place become available, you will be notified of the available spot. If you can no longer attend this session but kept yourself on the waitlist, Late Cancel and No Show fees can still apply.

  8. Session Packs have different expiry periods, these are valid from the purchase date. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable and can be extended if you are injured, in which case we will request a medical certificate. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiry date.

  9. Sessions are non-transferable to another individual and cannot be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the session arrives to use the session, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.

Modification, not Substitution Policy:

It’s important to us that you and everyone else in the session get the most out of their 45 minutes. This is why we have a policy around injuries.

If you need a completely different exercise from the rest of the session (for example, you can’t lunge), then we will recommend you attend clinical Pilates until your injury is more manageable, or organize some 1:1 sessions. This ensures your safety and the safety of others, allowing everyone to have the best experience possible - pain-free.

Your trainers have the right to make this decision if they think it is appropriate.

A modification to an exercise is very different from a substitution. If you’re unsure whether this applies to you, feel free to reach out via email at hello@streetpilates.com.au with a description of your current condition.

Examples of injuries that may mean you cannot attend a session:

  • Cannot lunge or squat due to a knee injury

  • Cannot complete core exercises such as planks due to a lower back injury

  • Forearm or shoulder injury which prohibits you from putting weight on them

  • Broken or fractured bones

  • Torn or strained ligaments which cannot bear weight or affect mobility

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellations made more than 9 hours before class will get the session back.

  2. Late Cancellations made less than 9 hours before class will forfeit the session & incur a $15.00 AUD fee.

  3. No-Shows and absences will forfeit the session & incur a no-show fee of $20.00 AUD.

  4. Late arrivals that come at or after class start time, are considered No Shows and fees will occur.

  5. Late arrivals give up the rights to their bed 2 minutes passed class time or once the curtain has been drawn. It is up to the trainer whether or not they can proceed.

  6. We do not accept cancellations via Social Media, cancellations must be made using the Momence App.

  7. Messages in any form (e.g., text, email, or social media) notifying us of a potential no-show or late cancellation do not exempt you from our Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy.

  8. To avoid the applicable fee, you must physically late-cancel your booking through our booking system. Failure to do so will result in the full fee penalty, regardless of any message sent.

  9. Street Pilates Trainers hold the right to not accept late arrivals into class, once the class time has occurred. This is due to classes being planned out to ensure minimal risk of injury, to minimise disruption to other clients and minimise extra stress on your instructors.

  10. If a ‘Drop-In’ Session pass has been purchased on the Session Sign Up Page and is cancelled before the 9 hour cut-off, that pass will be lost. This is due to the system locking you into that specific session on that specific day. If you cancel, the system cannot reuse that class purchase as it is a one-time booking.

  11. If a ‘Casual Pass’ has been purchased on the Memberships Page, this can be used, early cancelled and re-booked as often as you like. This pass also has a 365 day expiry.

No Shows / Late cancels:

Clients on MEMBERSHIPS, PACKS or SINGLE SESSIONS will incur a $20.00 No Show fee for all sessions they’re marked absent for and a $15.00 Late Cancel fee for all sessions cancelled within 9 hours of class.

We operate off a CLOSED CURTAIN POLICY. Which signifies that once the trainer has pulled the curtain, session is no longer safe for you to open and you will be marked as a No Show. We understand this can be frustrating, but for the safety of our trainers, yourself and other clients, we cannot let you join class once the warm up has been completed.

We do not accept cancellations via Social Media, cancellations must be made using the Momence App.

Limited Time Offers Terms and Conditions:


All limited-time offers from Street Pilates are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be credited under any circumstance. This includes any unused or partially used passes, which cannot be transferred to another person, or credited towards any other services or future offers. By purchasing or redeeming any limited-time offer, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all of Street Pilates' policies, including those related to injury, late cancellation, no-show, and liability. Street Pilates reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time without notice. Any breach of these terms may result in the immediate cancellation of your offer without refund or credit.

Membership Terms & Conditions:

Includes:

  • Street Recruit (Reformer) | 4 Sessions / 28 Days

  • Street O.G (Reformer) | 8 Sessions / 28 Days

  • Street Icon (Reformer) | 12 Sessions / 28 Days

  • Street Master (Reformer) | 24 Sessions / 28 Days

  1. All Memberships prices that display on Street Pilates platforms are priced per 28 days. Payments operate on a 29 day schedule from the credit card stored in Momence (a secure system), or nominated by client. Payment will continue unless notified (see Termination Policy below).

  2. Memberships will continue with scheduled auto-pays unless Street Pilates is notified of a termination request in writing (see Termination Policy below).

  3. Memberships may be subject to price increase, but will be communicated in writing 2 weeks prior to any change.

  4. MEMBERSHIP HOLDERS will hold 1 x Waived Late Cancel Fee + 1 x Waived No Show Fee per 28 Days. After this, membership holders will incur a $20.00 No Show fee for all sessions they’re marked absent for and a $15.00 Late Cancel fee for all sessions cancelled within 9 hours of start time.

  5. Failed Membership payments will incur a $5 fee for every day the payment fails to process. This fee will be processed as a debit on the clients Momence account.

  6. On the third day of payment failing to process all booked sessions will be cancelled and the Membership will be placed on hold. The failed Membership charge, plus any outstanding fees will be processed as a debit on the clients account, to be balanced within 7 days or the account will be terminated. 

Membership Suspensions / Freezes:

  1. At least 7 days written notice is required for membership freeze suspensions. This ensures that the correct measures are put in place to cease credit card payments that are scheduled for the given period.

  2. Suspensions are unlimited. Please email requests to hello@streetpilates.com.au.

  3. All Memberships come with a collective total of 16 weeks FREE Suspension per calendar year.

  4. Additional suspensions will come at the cost of $20.00 per week and are billed/counted in weeks.

  5. Suspensions must be for a minimum of 7 days and maximum of 4 months.

Membership / Pack Termination:

  1. Street Pilates requires at least 1 weeks written notice to terminate membership. Please email request to hello@streetpilates.com.au.

  2. In the case of long term or permanent injury or illness that prevents the use of our services, immediate membership termination will be permitted. Termination will take effect from the date we receive written confirmation from a medical doctor.

  3. Street Pilates may terminate a membership or pack without notice for inappropriate, offensive or illegal behaviour, as determined by us, which occurs on our premises or is directed at our staff or other members.

  4. Termination will not be active until Off-Boarding form is completed.

Unused Passes

  1. All unused passes will not be rolled over.

  2. Unused passes from a PACK will expire at the end of the sixth calendar month from purchase time.

  3. Unused passes from a MEMBERSHIP will expire at the end of the 28-day cycle.

Return + Refund Policy

Refunds will only be given in line with Victorian Consumer Affairs regulations. Refunds for any circumstance unforeseen by or external to the business will incur a processing fee of $5 per transaction being refunded.

Refunds are processed directly to bank accounts minus the processing fee/s.

Activation dates can only be extended for medical reasons.

Sessions are unable to be transferred to another person or location.
