Our Reformer sessions are capped at six people, giving you the best of both worlds:
The energy and camaraderie of a group class, with the coaching, attention, and progression you’d expect from a much more personalised setting.
Annie and Chelsea know your name, your goals, and how you move — so you’re coached intentionally every session, not left to coast or copy the room.
Sessions run Monday–Saturday across a range of time slots. When you commit, you train consistently on the same reformer, with the same coaching standards, so real progress can happen over time.
